Training

We provide customised training tailored to the needs of your expertise and experience whatever the operating system or software package. We run classes for mainstream software applications as well as customised and tailored training.

Most courses are of eight hours duration, often conducted over two half-days, and are usually held at the client's premises. Off-site training facilities are also available if required. Class sizes are kept small at 6 participants or less and course notes and exercises are provided.

As companies renew their investment in current technology, they must also ensure that their staff are trained in the most efficient use of those products. Tekko has a range of courses available covering popular applications and can tailor these to suit each customer's requirements.

Custom and Tailored Training Programs

Tekko can undertake an assessment process to determine the training needs of any organisation and then develop a tailored program by combining components from the various standard courses. Later, a post-assessment process ensures that objectives have been met.

An example of this may be a company that upgrades its desktop operating system to Windows 7. Tekko would conduct upgrade training sessions and assess participants for further application or refresher training on other applications as required.
