David has successfully operated the Artisan Group - IT Support and Consulting business for more than 14 years and has developed a strong understanding of the needs of small and medium businesses.
David had worked for more than 17 years in both the Public and Private sectors in Canberra and Sydney and gained valuable Project and Human Resource Management experience.
David’s role at Tekko covers Customer Relations, Project Management, Administration and the day-to-day running of the business.

Anne has over 20 years IT industry experience in both the private and public sector with a background in Microsoft Windows, Novell and Apple Macintosh products.
For 14 Years Anne provided on-site network administration and high level technical and help desk support for a 120+ user site.
Anne is also responsible for our Windows application training program and has most recently been developing and delivering tailored on-site training solutions for clients who are currently migrating from Windows XP and Office 2003 to Windows 7 and Office 2010.

Lewis has over 10 years experience in the finance, banking and medical sectors as a systems administrator and 2 years experience as technical lead with IBM Global Solutions supporting the construction, implementation and delivery of IBM projects and hardware solutions. Most recently Lewis has been working in IT outsourcing as a network consultant and systems engineer.
As Tekko's Technical Manager, Lewis's responsibilities include systems security, backup management and disaster recovery, Microsoft Windows Server & Active Directory installations & administration, Microsoft Exchange installations and administration, deploying, supporting and maintaining WAN/LAN hardware and providing technical advice and direction for customers.
